Today marks 100 days until election day on October 25th. Only 100 days left to spread the message of change to our neighbours and friends to tell them why Louroz Mercader has the unique skills and community experience necessary to bring positive results for Ward 7 residents.
Local business, community and neighbourhood leaders have joined Louroz because they believe that he is THE candidate for Ward 7 City Councillor for Mississauga that can realize our shared community goals.
Louroz has energized hundreds of residents and supporters at numerous events throughout Ward 7 by speaking about his vision for a prosperous, safe and beautiful community.
His five priority areas as city councillors will be:
- Revitalize Cooksville and the intersection of Hurontario and Dundas
- Build a reliable and sustainable transit network
- Promote clean and safe neighbourhoods for seniors and families
- Protect homes through flood prevention
- Provide young people with art & sport programs & families with community supports
If you believe that Louroz Mercader will do a great job at City Hall, using his community organizing skills to turn shared ideas into action and making Mississauga into a vibrant place that includes everyone, there are many ways you can support the campaign.
- Order a Lawn/Window/Porch Sign by sending your name, address and phone number to louroz@lourozmercader.com
- Ask your neighbours to order a lawnsign and to vote for Louroz on October 25.
- Organize a tea party or BBQ for Louroz to meet your neighbours and have a conversation about your concerns in the City or in the neighbourhood.
- Go doorknocking with Louroz on your street to make sure people on your street know that Louroz will represent them and bring their needs at City Hall.
